The wooden body is manufactured in the ultra-modern production facilities of the sheltered workshops in Tyrol, which provide people with disabilities with a fair workplace. Final assembly and quality control are carried out by Strofeld's sound engineers. Thanks to its modular design, ALMA can be repaired and updated cost-effectively for a lifetime and therefore has no expiry date.

With a maximum volume of more than 100 decibels, you can easily fill your ALMA with sound for a full-blown party. Give it a try 😉

No. We have deliberately decided against installing a microphone in ALMA. However, it is always possible to use ALMA as a high-quality speaker output for Alexa or Google Home devices by pairing the devices via cable or Bluetooth connection.

Yes, we offer inexpensive expansion units on request, which can be connected to existing loudspeakers (systems). 

At present, we are not yet able to source the loudspeaker technology we use from regional or European production facilities. ALMA would simply be too expensive or equipped with technology that is too poor for our requirements. We are therefore dependent on the Asian market in this area for the time being. We will continue to search for European suppliers who fulfil our social, ecological and technical requirements.

Yes, you don't need an internet connection or to install an app to get ALMA up and running. Simply use the Bluetooth function or connect your playback devices via the analogue AUX input.

The battery life depends on the volume and type of music played. At room volume 20 to 25 hours and at maximum volume 6 to 8 hours. These are real data and may be tested 😉

Yes, download the free 4Stream app to your smartphone and set up each ALMA in your home Wi-Fi network. Now you can control each ALMA individually or form music groups.

Yes, by default ALMA plays your music as a stereo signal. Create a stereo pair with two ALMA speakers for even more detailed sound.

Jonathan is the manufacturer's chief sound engineer and a luminary in his field. Over 150 loudspeaker developments and 18 years of experience ensure that ALMA sounds so outrageously good. His work is synonymous with faithful and detailed music reproduction.

Yes, you can use the 4Stream app to manually adjust the treble and bass (+-5 db) if required.

Repair & Warranty

ALMA was already designed in the design phase to ensure easy access to the electronics at all times. As long as STROFELD Manufaktur exists, we offer you the opportunity to repair or upgrade your ALMA at low cost.

First contact us at info@strofeld.com and describe your defect, preferably with pictures. If you cannot rectify the defect yourself, then pack your ALMA securely - if possible in the original packaging - and send the parcel back to our factory at Dreiheiligenstraße 21a in A-6020 Innsbruck. We will endeavour to get your ALMA back in working order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

If your ALMA can no longer be repaired due to serious (optical) damage, we offer you the option of installing the still-functioning speaker technology in a new enclosure at a reasonable price.

As long as STROFELD-Manufaktur exists, we will keep our products at the cutting edge of technology. Our software settings are updated automatically at regular intervals. If your ALMA is no longer compatible with your playback devices due to outdated hardware technology, an upgrade/replacement is easy to carry out thanks to the modular design.

No. We have deliberately decided against installing a microphone in ALMA. However, it is always possible to use ALMA as a high-quality speaker output for Alexa or Google Home devices by pairing the devices via cable or Bluetooth connection.

Yes, we offer inexpensive expansion units on request, which can be connected to existing loudspeakers (systems). 

At present, we are not yet able to source the loudspeaker technology we use from regional or European production facilities. ALMA would simply be too expensive or equipped with technology that is too poor for our requirements. We are therefore dependent on the Asian market in this area for the time being. We will continue to search for European suppliers who fulfil our social, ecological and technical requirements.

Yes, you don't need an internet connection or to install an app to get ALMA up and running. Simply use the Bluetooth function or connect your playback devices via the analogue AUX input.

The battery life depends on the volume and type of music played. At room volume 20 to 25 hours and at maximum volume 6 to 8 hours. These are real data and may be tested 😉

If you cannot rectify the defect yourself, then pack your ALMA securely - if possible in the original packaging - and send the parcel back to our factory at Dreiheiligenstraße 21a in A-6020 Innsbruck. We will endeavour to get your ALMA back in working order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

No. We have deliberately decided against installing a microphone in ALMA. However, it is always possible to use ALMA as a high-quality speaker output for Alexa or Google Home devices by pairing the devices via cable or Bluetooth connection.

Yes, we offer inexpensive expansion units on request, which can be connected to existing loudspeakers (systems). 

At present, we are not yet able to source the loudspeaker technology we use from regional or European production facilities. ALMA would simply be too expensive or equipped with technology that is too poor for our requirements. We are therefore dependent on the Asian market in this area for the time being. We will continue to search for European suppliers who fulfil our social, ecological and technical requirements.

Yes, you don't need an internet connection or to install an app to get ALMA up and running. Simply use the Bluetooth function or connect your playback devices via the analogue AUX input.

The battery life depends on the volume and type of music played. At room volume 20 to 25 hours and at maximum volume 6 to 8 hours. These are real data and may be tested 😉

Yes, download the free 4Stream app to your smartphone and set up each ALMA in your home Wi-Fi network. Now you can control each ALMA individually or form music groups.

If you cannot rectify the defect yourself, then pack your ALMA securely - if possible in the original packaging - and send the parcel back to our factory at Dreiheiligenstraße 21a in A-6020 Innsbruck. If your ALMA can no longer be repaired due to serious (optical) damage, we offer you the option of installing the still-functioning speaker technology in a new enclosure at a reasonable price.

As long as STROFELD-Manufaktur exists, we will keep our products at the cutting edge of technology. Our software settings are updated automatically at regular intervals. If your ALMA is no longer compatible with your playback devices due to outdated hardware technology, an upgrade/replacement is easy to carry out thanks to the modular design.
